IF YOU ARE:

  • Fluent in English OR German
  • As well as French and Italian
  • A strong communicator
  • A good listener who likes to help others


HERE YOU WILL:

  • Be the first voice of our company: Answer incoming calls and be the first point of contact for our customers.
  • Become a problem solver: Process orders, service requests and overcome challenges with complaints.
  • Organise and document: Record conversations and navigate through our ticket system like a pro.
